The Eustace Families Association
The Eustace Families Association was formed in 1976 in the UK by Donald William Eustace
of Chiswick - Master President, and others.
A newsletter was established called the "Eustace Families Post" which was distributed to
namesakes, variations thereof and others in: Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand and
the United States of America where Ronald F Eustice also published and distributed a USA
version until 1993 when professional duties and other matters temporarily interceded.
Also in 1993 The Master President, Donald W Eustace died leaving a hiatus in the workings
of The Eustace Families Association.
Ronald F Eustice has recently begun the process of re-establishing the Eustace Families
Association in which in a very small way I have assisted with distribution of the new
Eustace Families Post in Great Britain.
The Eustace Association Objectives are:
- Preserving for posterity the considerable knowledge now known of the histories of the families originating in the Artois,a former province in France, and the British Isles who bear the name "EUSTACE" or spelling variants thereof, and of their descendants throughout the world.
- Encouraging and assisting namesakes to research the story of their immediate family and to disseminate the knowledge gained to those interested.
- Developing and extending friendship and understanding between namesakes and welcoming visitors from overseas.
- The Eustace Families Post is published and distributed to all members as a means of staying in touch and evidence of the continuation of the objectives of the Association.
- Membership of the Eustace Association is open to all bearers of the name and their descendants. Associate membership is open to others - You will be welcomed.
UK APPLICATION
Having discussed distribution arrangements of the Eustace Families Post with Ronald, it has been agreed that mailing and subscriptions should be arranged in each country to minimise costs. Accordingly, may I advise you in the UK not to send subscriptions as stated to the USA (currency conversion and bank charges will total more than the subscription). Following receipt of your application you will receive a copy of the last "Eustace Families Post". If you are then interested in subscribing to this enterprise would you please send a cheque for £5 made payable to myself "D J Eustace". All monies will be used to set up a working balance for the current distribution, and any balance towards any future distributions to subscribers.
